Our Approach
We work with you to develop a clear problem statement and a firm understanding of root causes. We ideate solutions to the problem and design a multi-stakeholder collaboration model, which is essential to ensuring the solutions works for industry, sites, investigators, patients, and is compliant with regulations and responsible use. We develop a solution roadmap and describe performance metrics. We design and conduct testing of the solution in a rapid-cycle plan-do-study-act (PDSA) approach. We utilize proven implementation science theories, models, and frameworks to guide the roll-out, scale-up and dissemination of the solution so that its full value is realized as quickly as possible.
